Summary

The Technician III is responsible for operating facility mechanical and supporting systems, performing structured inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, and routine on‑demand services on mechanical equipment. The technician must follow established processes, comply with environmental, health, safety and fire‑protection requirements, and maintain facilities uptime and asset integrity.

Troubleshooting

• Observes facility mechanical, electrical equipment and system conditions, identifies deficiencies, and provides suggestions for enhancement and repair.
