Position Summary :

As an HVAC / Mechanical Project Manager , you will oversee mechanical construction and retrofit projects from planning to commissioning. You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC and mechanical construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate design, engineering, and construction teams to meet project milestones.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing project updates and managing expectations.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure proper documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and close-out reports.
• Collaborate with other disciplines (electrical, automation, controls) for integrated project delivery.
