Customer Care Advisor
Here at Human Appeal we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Advisor to join our team based in Canada . You will join us on a hourly basis.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary. Human Appeal is a faith-based charity that aims to abolish poverty by providing humanitarian aid, sustainable development programs and championing advocacy for our beneficiaries worldwide.
As Customer Care Advisor, the successful candidate will play an integral role in maintaining the relationship with Human Appeal’s new and existing donors.
Ensuring clear communication is provided when updating them on how their donation has been spent through explanation of Human Appeal’s local and international projects and courteously endorsing their continued contribution.
Key duties and responsibilities of the Customer Care Advisor :
- Receive feedback from donors
- Provide good customer service
- Increase donor donations
- Retains donors who may be thinking of moving to another Charity
- Pass on calls to the appropriate departments for enquiries
What we’re looking for in our Customer Care Advisor :
- 5 GCSEs C or above
- No Experience required
- MS Office Suite
- Fluent English, other languages a bonus
