Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assurance and accounting engagements, including planning fieldwork and financial statement preparation.
• Review working papers, financial statements, and tax filings prepared by junior and intermediate staff.
• Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to team members.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on accounting, tax, and business matters.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies.
• Assist partners with practice management tasks and business development initiatives.
