It is our mission to contribute to the lives of our customers, employees, suppliers and the communities we serve, in a cooperative and sustainable manner.

Are you passionate about quality, compliance, and making a meaningful impact in the natural health industry? We're looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector (Night shifts, 10.00pm - 6.30am) for our Bonneville location to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and GMP compliance—all while supporting our commitment to sustainability and our core values.

At Factors Group of Companies, we don't just create products; we craft experiences that resonate with our customers. Our commitment to Sustainability (people, planet, and profit) is at the core of everything we do. We're a diverse team of creative minds, united by the drive to make a positive impact and revolutionize the industry.

We are a well-established and growing BC business and one of Canada’s leading manufacturers of nutritional supplements, dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of our customers.

  • Working independently and staying organized in a dynamic environment

What you have:

  • A diploma or two years of post‑secondary education in a science discipline OR 2+ years of experience in NHP, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, ideally aligned with NNHPD standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with ERP systems (e.g., Syspro)
  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred)
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

What’s in it for you:

  • A collaborative work culture rooted in sustainability and our seven core values
  • The opportunity to work across various shifts and sites, gaining well‑rounded experience
  • Growth potential with a company that values initiative and continuous learning
  • A chance to help shape products that support health and wellness worldwide

What you get:

  • A meaningful role in a purpose‑driven organization
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
  • Ongoing training and development
  • A respectful, inclusive workplace where your contributions are valued
  • A dynamic role that combines both office and on‑floor QA responsibilities
