WE NEED INDIVIDUALS with :

• bilingual agents fluent in English and French
• with a STABLE work history
• at least 2.5 years of on-phone customer service experience / call center experience

Position : REMOTE Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Loyalty Program

Type : Contract with the possibility of a Permanent Role

Operation : Monday-Friday (8 AM – 10 PM ET) and Saturday (8 AM – 7 PM ET).

Talents needs be fully available for any 5 days-8 hours schedule given during operation hours (non-negotiable )

Rotational shifts are provided 6 months in advance.

Location : 100% Remote, Canada-wide

Salary : $20 / hour
