Dispatcher
This Dispatcher Position Features :
Key Responsibilities :
Schedule and dispatch technicians based on customer requests and availability.
Coordinate service calls and communicate with customers.
Track and monitor service call status.
Maintain accurate service records.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Support administrative tasks and process improvements.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience as a dispatcher or service coordinator.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient with scheduling software and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
