Companion for a senior on a trip to Switzerland

We are looking for a companion to accompany dad on a flight , drive him to a family cabin in the mountains (you would need a valid driver's license and ability to drive a rental car) and stay with him (and his family) for a week vacation), then bring him back. Experience with elderly care and dementia is required, first aid or nursing experience a bonus. We can only accommodate native English speakers with clear pronunciation. Salary would be negotiated - it's a paid for vacation trip but continuous care would be needed.
