Life Benefits Solutions, a Division of People Corporation, is a Group Insurance & Retirement Broker servicing Indigenous employers across Canada. We specialize in designing programs that support the unique needs of indigenous and non-indigenous employees and employers.
We are adding a Service Representative to our growing team of enthusiastic high achievers dedicated to creating a positive client experience. The individual in this role will actively contribute to the success of Life Benefit Solutions by providing excellent service and support to our valued clients.

What you will do :
You will manage an assigned block of Group Insurance & Retirement clientsYou will conduct employee meetings (both in-person and virtually) and plan member and administrator trainingConduct plan member education sessions to both small and larger audiences on the Group Insurance & Retirement programsRespond in a timely manner to client email, phone, and other general inquiriesTake a collaborative, solution-based approach to client inquiries and engage members of our team to assist in resolving and answering client inquiriesEnsure service standards are met and complete and update regular service trackingAct as the liaison between the client and the insurance company and / or service providerYou will consistently deliver an amazing client experience.You will utilize your top-notch organizational skills to ensure timely collection and processing requests for Group Insurance & Retirement mattersAs a problem-solver, you will initiate and / or implement solutions as needed to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of client satisfaction is maintainedTravel (including multi-day overnight trips) is required – a driver’s license and reliable, late-model vehicle is a requirementOther duties as assignedWhat you need to be successful in this role :
Experience in Group Insurance & Retirement is an assetA passion for customer serviceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong attention to detail and ability to multi-taskStrong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with a variety of clientsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBe proactive self-starter with a positive attitudeTeam engagement and responsiveness with our clients and partnersProficiency with the MS Office suite of productsWhat’s in it for you :
