We are searching for a Resident Experience Coordinator to join our Parkland Ancaster team based in Ancaster Ontario.

About the Opportunity

• Maintains quality and resident satisfaction of Parkland Ancasterstandards;
• Consistently ensures service delivery meets established brand standards in terms of quality safety timeliness and customer service.
• Establishes strong processes of utilizing formal and informal resident feedback to influence operational practices.
• Oversees the orientation of new Residents to Parkland Ancaster through established standards.
• Directs safety & wellness culture of housekeeping team.
• Performs other related duties as required

About You

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement collaboration and accountability you bring:

• A University Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration Hospitality Management or similar education.
• 1-2years in a marketing and administrativerole within Hospitality or Seniors Living environment;
• You are passionate about working with seniors and have experience working with the elderly in a seniors living or long-term care environment.
• Alzheimers Disease and other Dementia Care Course considered an asset.
