Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting full‑time opportunity for an User Experience Designer to join our Business Technology Enablement Office team in Surrey, BC at our head office.

Expected Compensation : The expected hiring range for this role is $48,000 to $60,000 based on a 35‑hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

The User Experience (UX) Designer is a strategic partner in delivering seamless, user‑centered digital experiences for employees and brokers at Westland. This role is responsible for designing and optimizing digital workflows, championing the design system, and collaborating across business units to ensure technology solutions drive business outcomes and user satisfaction.
