Dynamics CRM Analyst

We are looking for a knowledgeable Dynamics CRM Analyst to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This role is critical for optimizing and maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the organization. You will collaborate with multiple departments to design workflows, provide technical solutions, and support strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Administer the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and seamless integrations.

• Develop, refine, and implement custom workflows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights for various business units, including marketing and sales.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions within the system.

• Manage and resolve support tickets, providing timely assistance to end-users while identifying opportunities for long-term improvements.

• Customize the Dynamics 365 system to align with organizational needs, including scripting and advanced configuration.

• Monitor system security and compliance, implementing measures to safeguard sensitive data.

• Stay current with new features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365, recommending and implementing enhancements as appropriate.

• Provide training and guidance to users, ensuring they can leverage the system effectively.

• Coordinate with IT and other departments to integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including system administration and customization.
• Proficiency in client-side scripting and JavaScript for advanced system configurations.
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, with a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with SharePoint workflows and integration of cloud-based technologies.
• Ability to create detailed business requirement documents and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with system security protocols and data protection measures.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex workflows to optimize business operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
