CNC Machine Operation & Set-Up
Complete setup and operation of multiple 4-axis CNC lathes & mills.Read and interpret engineering drawings, setup sheets, and revision changes.Ensure all machined components meet required specifications and tolerances.Safety & Compliance
Maintain a strong focus on safety performance, including ergonomics, PPE usage, risk assessments, and behavior observations.Adhere to all workplace health & safety regulations and company policies.Quality Control & Reporting
Inspect and verify finished parts for accuracy and compliance with blueprints.Work closely with the CNC Machine Shop Leader and collaborate on process improvements.Maintain documentation related to machine setup, production runs, and quality checks.Qualifications :
Education & ExperiencePost-Secondary Trade School Diploma in CNC Machining or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience as a manual / CNC machinist.Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling selection, and precision machining.Ability to troubleshoot machine performance issues and make necessary adjustments.Experience working in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Ability to lift up to 35LBsMu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaAre you interested in this position?
