Project Manager Estimator

The Project Manager Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate quotes, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring successful delivery and installation of precast solutions. Company Benefits: - Competitive salary plus bonus - Paid health and wellness benefits (including dental and vision) - Retirement savings plan - Life disability insurance - Paid personal days - Company-sponsored team events Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate estimates for custom precast concrete products. - Manage awarded projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. - Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to align products with customer needs. - Maintain strong customer relationships through regular updates and proactive issue resolution. - Create project drawings using AutoCAD and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. - Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality and compliance throughout delivery. Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in construction, project management, or a related technical field. - Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management Technology, or equivalent. - Strong understanding of construction drawings, municipal standards, and installation requirements. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with ERP or CRM systems. - Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
