Location : Pemberton, BC, Canada (On-Site)

Pay Rate : $28.64 / hour

Schedule : Full-Time (12-hour overnight shifts, 4 days / week)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Overview

As a Healthcare Security Officer with Paladin Security, you will respond to alarms and emergency requests from clinical staff and use excellent verbal de-escalation skills to resolve incidents professionally. You must maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling private information, while delivering strong customer service in a healthcare environment.

This role may include exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and deceased bodies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarms and emergency requests from clinical staff
• Use strong verbal de-escalation skills to manage incidents safely and calmly
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling private and sensitive information
• Complete detailed incident reports (missing patients, access requests, aggression from patients / family / visitors, etc.)
• Conduct regular patrols of the healthcare facility
• Follow PPE and safety protocols at all times
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional security presence
