We’re looking for a tech-savvy, people-loving, detail-oriented Branch Administrator to help keep our Ancaster branch running like a well-oiled (and super friendly) machine. What You’ll Be Up To

Your days will be full of variety, problem-solving, and collaboration. You’ll work closely with our Branch Manager and team to keep everything organized and on track. Here’s a sneak peek at what you’ll be doing:

• Helping the Branch Manager with admin tasks, reports, and keeping things running smoothly

• Creating purchase orders, issuing invoices, and keeping financial records tidy

• Reconciling vendor invoices and spotting issues before they become problems

• Supporting Account Managers with contracts, tenders, and essential paperwork

• Keeping track of uniforms, safety records, and snow/ice management reports

• Assisting with onboarding new employees and being their go-to for those “how do I?” questions

• Answering phones and emails like the friendly, organized pro you are

• Pitching in on company events and helping troubleshoot tech issues

• Basically being the glue that holds the branch together
