This is a unique opportunity to lead in a state-of-the-art retirement residence and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents while helping to shape the future of our newest location!
As the Environmental Services Manager you would be responsible for the building’s preventative maintenance program. You would coordinate the maintenance and repairs involving the building and the grounds, including the pool, and you would manage maintenance contracts. In addition, you would be responsible for day-to-day maintenance issues, and would response to residents maintenance needs. You would work with other departments in order to coordinate the maintenance and repair activities with other building functions so as not to disturb or interrupt resident activities or normal business functions.
