About the Role
The Early Childhood Educator (Diploma) provides high-quality education and care for children aged 3 - 5 years, guided by the National Quality Framework and curriculum standards. This role involves creating inclusive and meaningful learning experiences, maintaining professional documentation, and fostering respectful relationships with children, families, and the community. Working collaboratively with the teaching team, the educator contributes to continuous improvement in the centre’s operations and reports to the Early Childhood Teacher and Centre Director.
