Job descriptionPaid overtime. Full benefits : Dental. Vision. Life insurance. Wellness program. Employee discounts. Training and career advancement opportunities. Company-provided mobile service truck and tools. Install, balance, rotate, and repair passenger, light truck, commercial, agriculture, and off-road tires. Operate and maintain mobile service truck and equipment safely. Perform on-site tire service at customer locations and roadside. Perform scheduled fleet tire inspections for commercial clients. Diagnose tire-related issues and perform repairs, rotations, and installations. Assist shop teammates as needed. Run crane service truck for large on-farm repairs. Participate in after-hours / emergency service (premium pay). Maintain shop, equipment, and trucks. Work closely with management and teammates to get the job done right. Running crane service truck for large farm repairs including changeovers on-site in a farm setting. Valid driver’s license with clean abstract. Experience as a Tire Technician (agriculture, construction, or commercial). Mechanical aptitude with fleet vehicles. Willingness to work overtime, Saturdays, and on-call. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy tires (125 lbs) and problem-solve in the field. Commitment to safety and excellence.
