Dental Reception / Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and energetic Dental Care Treatment Co-ordinator who will manage our Hygiene and Treatment Schedules.

Job Details :

• Responsible for the Booking Appointments and Management of Treatment Schedules for 1 Dentist and 1 Hygienist (Booking Appointments / Confirmations / Billing / as well as Referrals to Specialists).
• Past job experience in Dental care is as important as excellent social skills.
• Familiarity with AbelDent is strongly preferred.
• The job would start out with a robust Part-time schedule, with possibility of going to a full-time schedule.
• There is potential for additional performance-based bonuses, in addition to the hourly rate.
• We alternate Fridays and Saturdays in the Fall / Winter / Spring schedules, with no Saturdays in the Summer.
• We also do not work on Holidays and long weekends throughout the year.
• We do not work on Sundays ever.
