Job Summary*
Gold in the Net Alberta is searching for a professional, positive and hard-working Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our team.
The Office Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by handling various administrative tasks and supporting the team with financial and clerical duties.
Gold in the Net Alberta (GITN-AB) is a rapidly growing franchised hockey school program with over 38 years of continued success and is recognized as a world leader in setting the standards for the development of hockey goaltenders.

Responsibilitites*
Manage email inquiries, registrations, scheduling for goalie camps and coaching sessions
Complete all planning, preparation, and follow through necessary to run goalie camps and clinics
1. Booking arena ice times, dressing rooms and necessary supplies
2. Organizing staff by providing schedules and travel arrangements
3. Ordering and organizing merchandise for sale, jerseys for camp and other promotional materials
4. Creating spreadsheets, schedules and any other documentation necessary
5. Responsible for Square transaction management system
Bookkeeping for all business transactions
Franchise experience beneficial
Requirements*
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3+ years administrative and bookkeeping experience required
Experience with office platforms - Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Team Snap required
Knowledge of Minor Hockey AB beneficial
Expericence with event planning - camps / programs
Proficient in dealing with children and young adults
Diligent, detail oriented, highly organized, flexible and adaptable to a changing work environment
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Dependable and trustworthy worker with the ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks
