Job Description

Duties will include :

  • Update epolicy portal and system
  • Send emails and mail Lapse Notices as part of the Lapse Automation Process
  • Assign cancellations to Customer Service Representatives
  • Send email confirmations to Brokers and / or MGA’s
  • Assist with filing duties and indexing documents
  • Mail letters and cheques
  • Update system and notes
  • Assist with some transactions
  • Other duties as required

Knowledge / Experience / Skills :

  • Proficient in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in French (written and verbal) an asset
  • Post-secondary education
  • Administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
