Job Description
Duties will include :
- Update epolicy portal and system
- Send emails and mail Lapse Notices as part of the Lapse Automation Process
- Assign cancellations to Customer Service Representatives
- Send email confirmations to Brokers and / or MGA’s
- Assist with filing duties and indexing documents
- Mail letters and cheques
- Update system and notes
- Assist with some transactions
- Other duties as required
Knowledge / Experience / Skills :
Proficient in English (written and verbal)Proficient in French (written and verbal) an assetPost-secondary educationAdministrative experience preferredExcellent communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamLI-Hybrid
