Mission

I am looking for a plant controller for a manufacturing company in Saint-Jérôme.

Your tasks will include:

-Ensuring the proper management of inventory, fixed assets, and costs related to the activities of the Saint-Jérôme and Mirabel factories.
-Preparing and explaining monthly results, particularly those related to operations and inventory.
-Supporting internal teams in analyzing production costs and proposing concrete improvements.
-Participating in investment planning and monitoring their profitability.
-Implementing and maintaining effective controls to limit operational risks.
-Contributing to monthly financial forecasts and the budgeting process.
-Monitor performance indicators and suggest ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
-Participate in inventory management meetings.
-Collaborate on audits and work in coordination with the Las Vegas-based controller to ensure compliance.
-Support management in making decisions related to operations.

Your profile

Your profile:

-Bachelor's degree in accounting (required)
-CPA (strong asset)
-5 to 8 years of experience in cost accounting in the manufacturing sector
-Bilingual in French and English to communicate with operations in the United States
-Experience with ERP
-Advanced Excel
