Base : $80,900.00 / yr - $106,100.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Works with a safety mindset and ensures brewery and Asset Care compliance with all relevant EH&S legislation and regulations
• Champions a culture of proactive and preventative maintenance with safety, quality, and reliability as key priorities
• Leads the team's pursuit of continuous improvement under the umbrella of World Class Supply Chain (WCSC).
• Responsible for developing and following the brewery Asset Care strategy aligned to MCBC's.
• Ensures the brewery meets demands of forthcoming local and corporate initiatives, which includes but is not limited to structured work compliance, preventative maintenance, autonomous maintenance, focused improvement, and other relevant daily management systems.
• Always operates in alignment with Our Purpose, Ambition and Values.
