A typical day :
- Forecast the potential impacts on the Schedule while monitoring progress
- Plan and develop resource utilization for engineering discipline and production department and recommend corrective action
- Monitor, analyze and report progress for all phases of the project.
- Develop and maintain project-coding structures including : Work breakdown structures (WBS) Resource breakdown structures (RBS) Cost breakdown structures (CBS)
Successful candidates will have :
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in energy industry in the project planning and control field.
- Engineering graduate or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Good working knowledge of Primavera Project Management 6.0 and experience using P6 as a standalone
- Proven ability to produce high quality work while facing competing priorities and strict deadlines.
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment - Potentially 40 - 50 open projects at any given time
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact positively with all levels of staff.
