Our client specializes in the Plan. Design. Build. of environmentally controlled manufacturing and logistics facilities for the global food and pharmaceutical industries. Their engineering and construction teams collaborate as a single source to create practical construction solutions that meet regulatory requirements, maximize energy and production efficiencies, and deliver on clients' expectations.

The Project Manager (PM) leads all aspects of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and contract management, ensuring successful project execution. They manage multiple projects, engage with stakeholders, and maintain high standards of communication and delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee projects from sales handover to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, tender scopes, and negotiate subcontract buyouts for value and schedule compliance.
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Lead and delegate tasks to Site Superintendents, Project Coordinators, and contractors to maintain timelines.
  • Inspect construction sites for quality and ensure adherence to maintenance standards.
  • Oversee tendering, subcontract approvals, and contract administration.
  • Provide post-construction support, including warranty management.
  • Ensure timely billing, reporting, and project updates for stakeholders.
  • Resolve disputes swiftly and manage vendor expectations professionally.

Key Skills :

  • Expertise in building science principles, cost accounting, and strategic thinking.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in interpreting drawings, managing time, and communicating effectively.
  • Qualifications :

  • Diploma or degree in Building Science, Architectural Technology, or Construction Management.
  • Engineering degree and PMP designation are assets.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
