Category Manager - Engineered Wood Products (EWP) in
the GTA to drive growth and profitability across Canada. In this role, you'll build strong vendor and customer relationships, expand market share with national accounts and regional partners, and shape the future of our EWP business.
What You'll Do- Lead vendor relationships, pricing, and profitability strategies.
- Build and grow partnerships with vendors, national buying groups, lumberyards, and independent accounts.
- Collaborate internally with sales teams, marketing, procurement to unlock new business opportunities.
- Manage agreements, claims, and inventory levels across regions.
- Represent EWP as the go-to expert for customers and internal stakeholders.
What You Bring- Proven B2B sales experience with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Direct knowledge of engineered wood products (EWP) and construction practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to forge strong internal and external business relationships
- Strong (above average) Excel abilities
- A hunter mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Post-secondary education + formal sales training preferred.

Compensation: $100-110K/annum salary plus bonus
