TOUR AMBASSADOR

WHO WE’RE SEEKING:
We are seeking a Tour Ambassador with a deep love of history, communications and western
lifestyle in the most beloved area of Fort Worth- the Stockyards. Our Tour Ambassador must
have a passion to sell not only our daily walking tour but the Stockyards experience as well.
They will interact with visitors from all over the world and announce the 11:30 a.m. and 4:00
p.m. Cattle Drives each day.

brand – and we know that the right individuals will be as inspired and passionate about this
dynamic vision as we are. Care for people, a belief in the power of community, and the desire to
create extraordinary experiences drive us.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guest Experience
   Demonstrates exceptional service contributing to an environment of genuine customer
  engagement
   Enhances every customer’s experience through organic interaction and communication
   Acts as a brand ambassador reflective of the company values and aesthetic
   Promotes attractions and events in the Stockyards through staying current on Stockyards
  calendar through partnership with leaders and posted communication
   Actively shares knowledge with visitors demonstrating awareness of current events,
  activations and general information
  Operations
   Partners with leaders and team to achieve goals
   Upholds all Company policy and procedures.
   Provide accurate and appropriate historical information on daily walking tours
   Announces the 11:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Cattle Drives to the public
  Must Haves:
   Strong communication and interpersonal customer service skills required.
   A deep love for the western lifestyle with a modern twist in the most beloved area of Fort
  Worth
   Background in history
   Knowledge of the Fort Worth Stockyards
   Flexible schedule
   Second language is a plus
