Work Location : Markham, Ontario (3 days a week office, Tue & Wed mandatory & 1 day flexible)
Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to guide our teams in understanding and applying Agile and Scrum methodologies. The Agile Coach will foster a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
Train and Coach : Guide teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Executives on Agile and Scrum practices.
Facilitate Ceremonies : Assist in removing impediments that obstruct a team’s pursuit of its sprint goals.
Promote Agile Practices : Drive the adoption of Agile practices, techniques, and frameworks.
Continuous Improvement : Conduct Agile maturity assessments and help teams inspect, adapt, and mature.
Mentorship : Mentor team members on personal and professional growth opportunities.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with other stakeholders and teams to improve product quality and ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications :
Experience : Five or more years of experience as an Agile Coach.
Skills : Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Track Record : Proven experience in implementing Agile techniques in various work cultures and environments.
Communication : Strong communication and facilitation skills to guide teams and stakeholders.
Key Competencies :
Leadership : Provide direction and coaching to Agile programs and Scrum teams.
Problem-Solving : Resolve conflicts and handle issues that arise during project development.
Metrics and Reporting : Help teams understand and implement Agile metrics and reporting methods.
