Job Description

We’re hiring a Parts Advisor to support our busy dealership in Gibbons, Alberta (just north of Edmonton). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working with parts, accessories, and inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Compensation

$21.00–$25.00 / hr + commission
Full-time : Monday–Friday + rotating Saturdays
Store hours : 8 : 30am–6 : 00pm (Mon–Fri) , 9 : 00am–2 : 00pm (Sat)
Closed all long weekends
Benefits : health & dental after 3 months, HSA after 6 months, employer-matched pension after 12 months

What You’ll Do

Assist customers at the parts counter, by phone, and online

Process parts sales, special orders, and repair-order parts requests

Receive, stock, organize, and ship parts and accessories

Support the service department by preparing and labeling parts for work orders

Maintain inventory accuracy, handle returns / warranties, and help with stock counts

Keep the retail showroom clean, organized, and fully stocked

Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations

Help identify process improvements and support a strong team environment

What We’re Looking For

Experience with parts, inventory, retail sales, or shipping / receiving

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and multitask

Good computer skills and accuracy with data entry

Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable, customer-focused, and a strong team player

CDK Lightspeed or forklift experience is an asset (not required)
