Overview:
The Sales Director will be responsible for growing and leading the IT Services division, cultivating strategic relationships with clients and vendors, and driving sales growth. This position requires a proven sales leader with deep expertise in IT solutions and a passion for team development and market expansion.
Key Objectives:
•Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key vendors and partners.
• Ensure team compliance with company policies, CRM usage, and certification requirements.
• Support and execute go-to-market strategies and lead generation initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy
• Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching on sales techniques and meeting preparation.
• Oversee sales strategy execution and regional lead distribution.
Client & Vendor Engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and manufacturers to drive business growth.
• Represent the company in vendor programs, partner initiatives, and industry calls.
Operational Excellence
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in Salesforce CRM.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess product and team performance.
• Review and approve team expenses and sales letters.
Training & Enablement
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new sales staff.
• Provide ongoing updates on vendor offerings and IT services during team meetings.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years in IT Services sales, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Must be fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of IT solutions (managed services, cloud, hardware/software).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel as required.
