We’re hiring for our partner, a company in the construction materials industry.
We’re looking for a versatile and organized Administrative Assistant to support the team with daily operations : answering calls, managing documents and data, coordinating meetings and small events, and assisting with internal communication and websites.
Key tasks :
- Handle calls and emails
- Data entry (CRM, Excel), provide delivery docs and invoices
- Prepare presentations and marketing materials
- Order office and breakroom supplies
- Help update websites and send newsletters (Mailchimp)
- Support event logistics and internal communications
