Switchboard Analyst

About The Role

Responsibilities will include:

• Answer phone calls coming in via the switchboard.
• Utilise software to redirect calls to the appropriate destination.
• Be involved with other administrative tasks as directed.

What youll bring to the table:

• Required: A minimum government security clearance or higher.
• Ability to obtain a National Police Check
• Clear communication and good customer service skills
• Computer skills with high attention to detail
• Willingness to work the following hours:
  • Wednesday: 8 -4pm
  • Thursday: 8-4pm
  • Friday: 8-4pm
  • Saturday: 4pm-midnight
