Duties :
- Monitoring their social media sites like Twitter, Facebook and TikTok
- Responding to customer comments on Social Media platforms
- Providing excellent customer service
Requirements :
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and communication skillsTime Management skillsHighly organized, able to prioritize effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of social media platforms and its capabilitiesAbility to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and effectively manage resourcesThe Social Media Customer Support team rotates shifts on a weekly basis
Must be able to work every major statutory holiday, aside from Christmas Day and New Year’s Day
Weekend shifts run from 10am to 6pm
Weekday shifts run from 8am to 4pm and 11am to 7pm
Need to have open availability to work within these hours
