Description
- Read assembly drawings and weld simple and complex components, including pipes, according to drawings or other production documents and instructions.
- Handle components and assemblies with electric winch, forklift and / or overhead crane.
- Check and repair weld leaks according to specifications and established methods.
- Occasionally mark, assemble and tack simple and complex components according to drawings or other production documents and instructions.
- Solder, grind and occasionally mark, assemble and tack copper foils inside tanks or other components.
- Minimize distortion caused by soldering.
- Solder and desolder current transformer components in this department.
- Complete check sheets and required documents.
Essential :
- Diploma of vocational studies obtained following training lasting 18 months to 2 years
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
- Knowledge and ability to use oxy-acetylene equipment and electric arc welding (SMAW, GMAW, SAW, FCAW, pulsed arc), on all metals and in all positions.
