Job description

Software Engineer- Manufacturing Digital Transformations : Procom KW is seeking multiple candidates for 4 Software Engineer positions within our clients Manufacturing Digital Transformations team. These are contract roles with 4 days onsite requirement (1 day work from home).

Software Engineer- Manufacturing Digital Transformations Responsibilities :

System Design
Implementation
Integration
System support and maintenance

Software Engineer- Manufacturing Digital Transformations Must Have Skills

Expert knowledge in at least 2 of the following :

NET 6+ Apis

SPA web development Angular

NET WPF Desktop Development

NET MAUI or Xamarin Cross Platform Mobile Development

Minimum 2 year working experience in most of the following :

Developing Multi-threaded & Concurrent applications

Socket programming

Asynchronous applications

Implementing design patterns and software architectures

Linux runtime environment

Containers (Docker / Kubernetes)

System Design

Computer Networks

Caches (Redis, Memcached)

Message Queues

PostgreSQL

Event Driven Architecture

Interfacing with Industrial tools using Ble, Serial, USB, Mqtt

OAuth2, OIDC

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields

Software Engineer- Manufacturing Digital Transformations Nice to Have Skills

Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Software build, deployment, and maintenance using DevOps Tools

Mobile App Development

Industrial Protocols (OPC, PLC, Modbus, RFID)

Message Queues (MQTT, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)

Operating System (Windows, RHEL)

DevOps (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins)
