WHAT YOU’D DO
- Draft and negotiate proposals for business travel.
- Manage account performance and develop prospects into opportunities.
- Conduct prospecting, tender calls, events, and sales blitzes.
- Analyze reports, trends, and market knowledge.
- Develop tactics to maximize occupancy and revenue for guest rooms and event spaces.
- Collect market and competitor intelligence.
- Evaluate and implement long‑term strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate with the national Business Development team.
- Represent Germain Hôtels at trade fairs and sales campaigns.
WHAT WE HOPE YOU CAN BRING
Strong sales skills and thorough market knowledge.3‑5 years in hotel management or similar experience.College diploma or university degree an asset.Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.Autonomy and self‑direction.Creativity, adaptability, and a drive to innovate.Friendly personality and great communication skills.Excellent English, written and spoken.French language skills are an asset.WHAT WE OFFER
