Ton rôle
Tu seras responsable de planifier, coordonner et soutenir divers projets d’amélioration continue visant à maximiser la performance et la qualité des opérations.
Ton esprit d’analyse et ton sens de la collaboration seront au cœur de tes journées.
Plus précisément, tu auras à :
Planifier, développer et mettre en œuvre des mécanismes d’optimisation des processus et de performance opérationnelle;
Proposer et coordonner des améliorations visant la productivité, la sécurité et l’ergonomie;
Contribuer à la réduction des coûts par l’amélioration des méthodes et des procédures de travail;
Documenter et mettre à jour les procédures et instructions de travail;
Soutenir l’équipe de production dans la mise en œuvre des projets;
Assurer le suivi des échéanciers, des budgets et des approvisionnements;
Planifier et coordonner les sous-traitants et les différentes étapes d’installation.
Profil recherché
Diplôme universitaire en génie mécanique;
Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en amélioration continue, idéalement dans un environnement manufacturier;
Solides compétences analytiques et grande capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément;
Excellente maîtrise de la suite Office;
Leadership mobilisateur et excellentes aptitudes en communication;
Connaissance du secteur de la construction (un atout).
