Job Description: HR Representative at Zymonetics

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our employee experience and supporting our mission to advance healthcare solutions through innovative research.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, manage the recruitment process, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Policy Implementation: Support the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Culture & Engagement: Organize employee engagement initiatives and events that promote a strong company culture and enhance team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the healthcare or research sectors.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with recruitment software is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
