Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to requests for quotation
• Provide product information, pricing in a form of quotations and invoices.
• Update CRM program.
• Communicate with customers and answer any concern or questions they may have
• Receive and organize information regarding projects
• Ensure that the customers have positive experience from start to finish of the sales process.

Qualifications

• College or bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field is preferred
• Bilingual, French and English. High proficiency in English in writing
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Must have typing speed over 50 wpm.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Strong ability and desire to learn continuously
• Proficient with MS Office suite
