• Plan and organize daily operations

• Enforce provincial / territorial liquor legislation and regulations
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Leading / instructing individuals
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Manage events
