Position Summary :

MEDLOG is looking for a business analyst under the Network Analytics & Optimization team responsible to evaluate an organization’s transportation operations and systems and identify inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement. The Business Analyst will be involved in development and implement cost effective, revenue effective and technologically innovative solutions that will allow the business to grow stronger presently and in the future.

Key Accountabilities & Tasks :

  • Business Transformation : Initiatives and projects to optimize and analyze the creation of technology-based projects.
  • Identify gaps and reducing waste of current operations to find initiatives to reduce cost, increase revenue and optimize day-day operations of the business.
  • Forecasting involving sales, operations and finance to predict and plan the near future and distant future. Using data that MEDLOG holds and outside data trends to predict how the business should prepare for the future along with action plans.
  • Maintain and create reporting based various of fields such as monitoring how a business transformation project is performing, measuring current operations, cost and revenue and finally using reporting to make business decisions

Skill and Attributes :

  • 1 to 3 years in the transport supply chain industry
  • Prior experience of inland transport, depot, warehousing and DC operations
  • Strong skill set in utilizing excel and other MS Office applications. PowerBI & DAX skills is considered an asset
  • Certification or degree in a related field of studies
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven facilitation and problem-solving skills.
  • Setting priorities and organize workload to meet deadlines of stakeholders
