Job descriptionOperation and maintenance of Pressure Trucks, Hydrovacs, Combo Units, other assorted Vacuum Trucks, and various specialty tools – work alongside Labourers you will spend 90% of your day outside of the truck, boots on the ground! Complete minor maintenance and checks on equipment Ensure safety for all team members and property Provide quality services to our clients Work as part of a team and follow direction from supervision Leave the job site in better condition that when we got there. Clean, safe and job done Haul hoses, PPE and tools to where the work is being done Complete required paperwork for projects and jobs Challenge your eye for detail, practice what we preach. Take your time, get the job done right the first time and safely every time Valid Class 1 or Class 3 license with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years is required Driving is in your nature, a manual transmission is a breeze (10, 13 speed, doesn’t matter you will pass CEDA’s driver assessment with flying colours) Prior experience driving a Pressure or Vacuum Trucks is an asset 1+ years of operator experience in an industrial environment First Aid, H2S Alive and CSO certification would be an asset Confined Space and Fall Protection certification an asset but not required, we will train you! Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test Strong mechanical aptitude and very good with a manual transmission You are safety focused when it comes to people and equipment Enjoyment for physically demanding work including climbing multiple flights of stairs and carrying equipment (able to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis) 42 Vic Turner Road, Dawson Creek BC
