Job description

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Relationship Management : 、

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing key customers to generate sales.
  • Act as the main point of contact, understanding customer needs and requirements

Sales and Growth :

  • Propose solutions to existing customers, expanding relationships and meeting objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts to achieve designated sales targets for both existing and new accounts.
  • Actively seek opportunities to expand business with new and existing key customers.
  • Operational Excellence :

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Market Awareness :

  • Stay informed about competing products, discount structures, and market trends.
  • Conduct competitive shops to gather insights and optimize service.
  • Communication :

  • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.
  • Communicate daily with business clients to address queries and concerns.
  • Client Engagement :

  • Organize onsite and offsite meetings with key clients, showcasing samples and the company's product range.
  • Conduct regular calls and meetings with business units to foster relationships and communicate strategies for Key Accounts.
  • Collaboration :

  • Collaborate with various business departments within the organization to sustain and enhance relationships with key accounts.
  • Reporting :

  • Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Conduct weekly touch base with the manager.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

    Key Skills :

  • Passion for fashion / lifestyle sales, product, and retail.
  • More than 3 years of foreign trade sales experience, have developed or served key accounts, familiar with key account management process;
  • Customer oriented, Target oriented, good market insight and good social confidence;
  • Able to work with various teams and adapt to different cultures.
  • Confident communicator – written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Commercial judgment coupled with an ability to offer solutions to customer problems.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong key relationships.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to spot opportunities and maximize them.
  • Generate excitement and enthusiasm.
  • Efficient under pressure with an ability to priorities
  • Degree level preferably in Fashion or Textiles
