We are looking for a dedicated and personable Concierge to join our team on a contract basis in Toronto, Ontario. This role involves delivering outstanding customer service at the front desk, acting as the first point of contact for associates, and assisting with inquiries related to building policies and operations. Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, addressing inquiries and providing clear guidance on building policies.
- Manage access badge requests, including badges issued for contract staff and landlord building access cards, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate site events and assist with event planning in collaboration with the conference and facilities teams.
- Conduct regular inspections of meeting rooms and artwork to ensure maintenance and quality standards are upheld.
- Handle lost and found items, luggage storage, and other concierge services with professionalism and efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with service partners and clients to enhance engagement and deliver a seamless service experience.
- Support onboarding processes by completing required forms and ensuring timely submission for client approval.
- Utilize technology tools and spreadsheets to manage work orders, timelines, and productivity tracking.
- Provide proactive communication to associates and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient workplace environment.
- Collaborate with facilities members and other team members to address operational needs and maintain smooth daily functions.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as hospitality, property management, or concierge services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and solve problems efficiently.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets, email platforms, and other organizational tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with building operations and workplace policies is an asset.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with service partners and facilities teams to ensure superior service delivery.
