Your Role And Key Responsibilities

Senior Specialist, Equipment Documentation & Homologation is responsible for overseeing the technical documentation, validation, and homologation of manufacturing equipment used in battery cell production. The role ensures that equipment meets internal standards and regulatory requirements through SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) and FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) processes.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive equipment documentation including manuals, SOPs, specifications, and validation protocols.
• Ensure documentation aligns with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain and verify technical documentation.
• Lead and support FAT at supplier sites to verify equipment functionality and compliance before shipment.
• Manage SAT during equipment installation at manufacturing facilities.
• Document test results, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Drive homologation processes to ensure equipment is approved for use across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with global teams to standardize equipment specifications and testing protocols and maintain homologation records and certification databases.
