Job Description
CEDA is looking for a full time Training Coordinator to join our team out of our Edmonton location. This role is responsible for supporting our workforce by delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating and scheduling a variety of training requirements and maintaining accurate, compliant data within our learning system. You’ll play a key role in ensuring employees and operations teams receive timely training support, while handling a high volume of request during our peak seasons.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain training data in the Learning Management System, master spreadsheets, and centralized inbox, ensuring timely and accurate updatesProvide responsive, on demand support to Operations team and employees by coordinating Orientations, HSE Training, Energy Safety Canada courses, and other required trainingMaintain accurate training records and documentation ensuring data integrity and complianceGenerate, validate and distribute training compliance reports to ensure alignment with company, client and regulatory requirementsSupport broader administrative tasks and contribute to continuous improvement of training processes as neededOther duties as assignedRole Specifications :
1-3 years of previous administration or coordinator experiencePrior experience working with various software systems and databases is an assetProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including the ability to create and format documents and develop and update spreadsheets using formulasFlexibility is required for occasional work outside the regular schedule during peak periods, as well as occasional travel as neededValid Class 5 Drivers licence with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years is requiredPersonal Characteristics
