Job Title : Business Development Representative – Commercial Overhead Doors & Dock Equipment
Location : Vancouver, British Columbia, CanadaSalary : $80,000+ base (flexible based on experience and industry contacts) + Commission

Role Overview :
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to expand our service revenue outside of the current customer base. This role is ideal for a strategic and proactive sales professional who thrives in a structured, goal-oriented environment and enjoys building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities : Develop service revenue opportunities beyond the current client base, identifying and cultivating new business relationships.Implement formal, scheduled, and purposeful selling activities to maximize sales effectiveness and growth.Provide timely, accurate, and profitable quotations to prospective and existing customers.Maintain detailed records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Experience / Industry Knowledge :
 While experience in commercial overhead doors and dock equipment is ideal, candidates with backgrounds in the following industries will also be considered : Pedestrian DoorsDocksWindowsElevators

Qualifications : 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in commercial or industrial solutions.Strong ability to manage and expand a sales pipeline with strategic planning.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
