Job descriptionPerform various kitting and order fulfillment tasks Support interplant transfers Complete Door Service (PLR) tasks using the company's inventory system Transfer excess material between customers Conduct cycle count activities Maintain and update procedures; train others as needed Recommend process improvements Pick and pack customer orders Store stock in designated warehouse locations Resolve inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective action Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment Replenish raw materials using established replenishment methods Expedite material shortages to meet manufacturing or customer deadlines Enter and verify inventory transactions, correcting errors when necessary Set up new cells or assemblies to back flush Safely operate material handling and processing equipment while following company and OHSA safety policies Assist with other warehouse-related tasks as required Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada 0-1 year of experience in a warehouse or electronics environment Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and escalate unusual issues to the Team Lead Strong computer skills Ability to communicate and follow processes in English Basic math skills Good hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail High school education (some required)
Adecco is currently hiring a Material Handler for a full-time opportunity with one of our valued clients. In this role, you will support warehouse operations by performing kitting, inventory transactions, cycle counts, and material movement using established procedures. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
