HOS Global Foods seeks a Sales Technology Support Specialist to provide critical support for sales and customer service teams. This role focuses on enhancing and maintaining ERP systems, sales applications, and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will contribute to improving workflows and processes, emphasizing food distribution, reporting, and B2B / B2C channels. By working closely with various teams, this specialist ensures operational efficiency and maximizes the use of advanced technology to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Support
- Provide comprehensive daily support for ERP systems and sales tools, ensuring smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in sales processes, reporting systems, and order management workflows.
- Act as the go-to resource for sales teams to address any technical challenges that arise during daily operations.
Training and Reporting
Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for teams on ERP, sales applications, and e-commerce platforms to promote optimal usage.Create detailed training documentation and user guides for easy reference.Design, maintain, and analyze sales reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.Collaborate with management to refine reporting requirements and enhance data visualization tools.System Expertise
Continuously optimize workflows within Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV 2017, and associated e-commerce platforms.Ensure seamless integration between ERP and e-commerce systems, addressing any discrepancies proactively.Identify areas for improvement in system configurations and recommend enhancements to maximize efficiency.Collaboration
Partner with IT, sales, and customer service teams to align technical solutions with business goals.Act as a liaison between technical developers and non-technical users to ensure clear communication and practical outcomes.Document workflows, system configurations, and tailored solutions to support ongoing improvements.Lead cross-departmental meetings to gather insights for refining existing systems and processes.Project Management
Coordinate and execute IT projects related to sales applications and ERP systems, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.Monitor project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to maintain high-quality outcomes.Qualifications :
In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV 2017, and e-commerce platforms.Proven experience in sales, marketing, and the food distribution industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams effectively.Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Dynamics certifications) are highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to train and empower diverse teams effectively.Benefits :
